Mori is $39.95 or free as a demo, at the ominously named but otherwise benign Apokalypse Software .

There are tones of scripts and plug-ins for it (my favorite is the MGTD or Mori Getting Things Done script). You can watch a terrific screen-cast of how to use this plug-in.
